Richard has more than 30 years of experience in the Security and Surveillance industry. He is mainly responsible for requirements analysis and system design functions as well as directing administrative functions including purchasing, billing, payroll etc.

Robert Miraldi is a former reporter with the Daily Freeman newspaper in Kingston, N.Y., where he covered local politics, the police beat, and published a series of features on alternative energy in the Hudson Valley. He is also a former reporter with the Blue Stone Press newspaper and The Weekender magazine, both located in High Falls, N.Y. A 2007 graduate of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Robert studied English literature with a concentration in creative writing. He has a B.A. in English studies.

Ryan holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in Ceramics from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University which he will defend in 2013. In January 2008, he accepted a position with Armor Dynamics, Inc. as a scientist working in ballistic ceramics research. The focus of his research is the effect of ceramic geometry and orientation on pellet armor performance. He is responsible for materials analysis and conducting ballistic impact experiments.

Scott VanNorman is the Project Director for Armor Dynamics, as well as a shareholder in the company. Scott has been with the company since its inception in 2004, acting in a number of capacities to help the company take the logical steps in its growth. Scott is in charge of all in-house ballistic testing. He also has material expertise in advanced composite plastics and ballistic fibers. Scott is a graduate of Keuka College with a BS degree in Criminology.

Wayne Schaeffer has an extensive background in manufacturing processes and techniques. His family has owned and operated Usheco, Inc., a manufacturing company that offers a wide variety of quality, custom plastic molded parts since 1961. Mr. Schaeffer is an expert in thermoforming and injection molding as well as contributing to innovative techniques and solutions for new products. Mr. Schaeffer also owns and operates Plant Air Purifier.

Jim is a former Service Technician with Chandler Security Systems, where he worked on security installations and systems integration. Jim made the seamless transition to Armor Dynamics in 2010, lending his knowledge in advanced security systems to the team. On a day-to-day basis, Jim assists in product manufacturing, ballistic testing, and high-speed video recording for research and promotional purposes.
